You add a day to your streak when you meet both your daily post goal and your daily reply goal. Reposts do not count as original posts. Your current streak and personal best appear on your dashboard.

Scheduled checks also run around noon and near the end of your day in your time zone. You can make up to four manual checks in a rolling 20-minute window. Very recent activity may take a little while to appear on X. All checks share a monthly allowance of up to 10,000 returned posts and replies. The actual number may be lower depending on account lookups and checks that find no new activity.
Daily activity and manual refreshes reset at midnight in your detected time zone. Both goals need to be completed within your local day, and automatic checks keep your visible dashboard current while the scheduled checks cover noon and the end of your day.
